KirstyTV talks with Mallika Chopra about growing up with her famous father, Deepak Chopra the world-renowned spiritual-healing expert. Deepak Chopra is an Indian-born American physician, a holistic health/New Age guru, and perhaps the wealthiest and most famous of America’s alternative medicine practitioners.
Mallika Chopra is an American author and businesswoman. She grew up in Lincoln, Massachusetts and graduated from Concord Academy, Brown University and Kellogg School of Management. She is the founder and CEO of Intent.com, a lifestyle dotcom. Earlier in 2000, she had co-founded the dotcom mypotential.com along with her father Deepak Chopra. She is also the president of Chopra Media LLC and sits in the board of directors of Liquid Comics (previously known as Virgin Comics). She also blogs for Beliefnet and Huffington Post.
She is the mother to two beautiful girls and has written two books inspired by them – 100 Promises to My Baby and 100 Questions from Her Child. She started Intent to realize her personal intention to connect with others by sharing and listening to each others stories.
