Negative thoughts can have a huge impact on our health and well being but until Dr. Caroline Leaf explained it to me, I had no idea that negative thoughts are the cause of most current physical illnesses today.  Crazy.  She said, “75% to 98% of current physical illnesses today (cancer, depression, etc) are coming from our [negative] thought.”  Is that scary or empowering to you?  Leave your comments below.  I’m curious to hear how you feel about it.

For me, it’s a little of both, but I find it a little more encouraging than frightening.  The way I see it; I can train my mind to stay positive.  For instance, when I watch crime shows at night I have the worst dreams.  These thoughts (dreams) can’t be good for us.  So, I’ll just stop that little habit now.  I feel healthier already.
