I once read, ‘10 minutes of exercise is not enough to loose weight, but it is enough to elevate your mood.’ So when I am pressed for time and stressed, I remind myself just to go for a brisk walk or park the car further away from an appointment. That should do the trick.
Where do u find 10 minutes in your day ?
Play with the kids, park 10 minutes away from your appointment or go for a 5 minute jog. Amazing how just a few steps makes you feel alive!! Throw a ball at the dog even if it’s not yours. :-0
